When I cc or bcc myself on invoices, I am no longer receiving them. They are not going to spam, and the QB email is in my approved senders list. QBSE has offered no help.

This is happening with multiple email addresses.

It's my priority to help you sort it out, Kkneis .

Since you're unable to get a copy of your invoices, I recommend reviewing the Email me a copy option from the Account and Settings page. This is to confirm you checked the box from that selection so you're to receive a copy of the of your sales forms.

If the issue persists, I suggest logging into your QuickBooks account through a private browser. This will help us determine if the problem is related to the browser's settings. And, private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works using the private browser, go back to your main browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. For your reference, you may check out this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. If not, use another supported browser as an alternative.

Moreover, I'm also adding these articles below to guide you further on how to effectively manage your invoices in QBSE:

Please let us know how this goes. You can add more details by leaving a comment down below. I'm always here to help.

The issue is not resolved by using a private browser. Nor is it an issue with any of my email settings.

Using a private browser does not resolve the issue. Nor is it an issue with my email settings. I receive all other emails from Intuit/QB with no problem. It is only my own invoices/receipts that are no longer coming through.

Thank you. I have contacted customer support four times now. They have been unable to provide any fix - and only one of the four agents ever followed up with me, and then just directed me to generic Microsoft info essentially advising to check my spam folder, etc.

I am having the same issue, was supposed to get contact from technician and have not received any responses.  My customer or I are not receiving invoices or reminders.  Stinks cause I have people trying to pay me but I can't send them the invoice and the workaround offered was to send them the pdf.  But the pdf doesn't have the pay links on it for bank transfer or credit card which is kind of the whole point of the service.

Dealing with the same problem is inconvenient, Raul C. I want to ensure you'll be able to get the right support you need today.

All account-related concerns are directed to our phone support for security purposes. Our tech agents have the tools to help investigate this issue further. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague above.

Make sure to review their support hours to address your concern on time.

If you need additional help with QuickBooks, please let me know. I'll be right here to assist. Stay safe!

This is not true - I have contacted customer support by phone four times and have yet to be provided with an actual fix, just told that the issue would be escalated and someone from tech would follow up with me. The follow up is what was posted above (which does not appear to have come from tech) - and despite repeatedly advising that this “solution” does not fix the issue, there has been no additional support offered. Clearly, I am not the only customer having this issue.
