When I export my customer list to excel can I choose additional fields from within the customer profile to export to my list?

I want to make sure I'm giving you the correct information. 

If you're trying to add a custom field on the customer's profile before exporting to Excel, you can. Just ensure you're using the Advanced version of QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how to create and use enhanced custom fields on Customers profile in QuickBooks Online Advanced:

1. Go to the Customers tab, then find and open a customer profile.
2. Select Edit, then go to the Custom fields tab.
3. To create a custom field, select + Add custom field. Fill out the info about the field, then select Save.
4. To edit an existing field, select Manage custom fields. This opens the Custom fields page so you can make edits. When you're done making changes, close the window to return to the profile.
5. Click Save.

However, if you're trying to customize the customer information you want to export to Excel, you can do that through the Reports page. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports menu, then go to the Sales and Customers section.
2. Select Customer Contact List.
3. Modify this report by selecting the three vertical dots (⋮) icon, then Customize.
   1. Under Rows/Columns drop-down, select Change columns.
   2. Add your desired columns, then select Run report.
   3. (Optional) If you have plans to run this exact same report some other time, select Save customization at the upper right.
4. Select the Export icon next to the Print icon.
5. Then, choose Export to Excel.
