Hi there, I am still having the same problem where new invoices are not displayed in Quickbooks Self-Employed. When will this issue be resolved?
Hi, evan.
Thanks for joining this conversation. I'm here to help ensure you can view your new invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
The investigation mentioned by my colleague above has already been resolved. If you're still experiencing the same issue, let's log in to your QBSE using a private browser (incognito). Sometimes, the browser accumulates a lot of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), which can lead to some unusual responses.
Here's how:
If you can now see the invoices, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
I'm also adding these articles that tackle managing invoices and receipts in QBSE for future reference:
Please let me know if you additional questions about invoices or anything else, evan. I'm always here to assist. Take care.
