When I open the Invoices section of Self-Employed, no invoices load. I have a bunch of paid invoices that should be showing, plus a draft that I cannot seem to access?

Any idea what might be happening on my end? Or is this a bug?

At the moment, we have an ongoing investigation about the invoices getting missing in your company file. Our engineer is already aware of it and is currently working on it. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this further. 

 

You can utilize the QBSE mobile app to access your invoices as a workaround. That way, you can continue to work on your drafts.

 

We recommend you contact our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get notified once there's a fix or an update about the investigation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Thanks for joining this conversation. I'm here to help ensure you can view your new invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

The investigation mentioned by my colleague above has already been resolved. If you're still experiencing the same issue, let's log in to your QBSE using a private browser (incognito). Sometimes, the browser accumulates a lot of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), which can lead to some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

If you can now see the invoices, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
