Yes, QuickBooks records and keeps all outgoing email reminders you send to your clients, Jack. I'll share the details to help you review and check them.

You can use the Audit log to view the sent reminders and other activities you've made within the program. This feature also records all account tasks, such as sign-ins, setting changes, customer and vendor profile changes, payroll submissions, and even the users who create the changes.

To access this, please ensure you signed in as an admin. Then, follow these steps to view your account history records:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  2. Utilize the UserDate, or Events fields to filter and narrow the results.

Please note that once you click one reminder entry, the contents of the email you sent, like the email message and the attached PDF file, won't show there. Instead, the details of the transaction will reflect, and it'll look like this:

If you'd like to compare and investigate specific transactions in the account history, refer to this article: How to view transaction changes in the audit history.

Moreover, if you're an Advanced user, bookmark this guide for other ways to send reminders to your customers, vendors, and employees: Use workflows in QuickBooks Online Advanced to send reminders.

I'll promptly follow up if you require further clarification about reviewing outgoing reminders. We're around the clock for any assistance you may need. Stay safe and have a great day!
