When I send an Invoice my customers do see an option or link to pay.

We've received reports that customers were unable to pay the invoices online. Our engineers are aware of the issue and currently working for a fix. I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can add your profile to the list of affected users and keep you up to date.
