I jumped through the hoops needed to get a human to call me. She had me show her the problem on a shared screen, then put me on hold. When she came back on, she said that I wasn't the only one reporting this problem, and that Quickbooks programmers were working on it. She offered to call me back with at update at 5 pm eastern yesterday and made it sound like she was marking her calendar for that time. 5 pm came and went with no call back. It's been 18 hours and no fix or update. Disappointing, plus I wasted an hour of my time yesterday arranging the call back and demonstrating the problem.
