Where can I find my Memorized Estimates?

I can see the significance of bringing the memorized estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO), rosie-aquilainsp.

There's the same feature of memorized transactions in QBO, it's called recurring transactions. Let me share some insights how to bring the transactions back in QBO:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Recurring Transactions.
  2. Click New and select Estimates.
  3. Select OK and enter a Template name.
  4. Choose a Type: Scheduled, Unscheduled, or Reminder.
  5. Complete the remaining fields, then hit Save template.

Lastly, I've added these articles in case you need assistance managing your memorized transactions:

Where can I find my Memorized Estimates?

Thank you so much for the reply.

Yes, it seems things are different, However, I had some already saved estimates in the previous PC version that I though would come over to the Online QB. So, my other question would be. "Are the previous memorized estimates retrievable?, Or would I have to redo all of the estimates again.?

I'd be glad to help you with your question, rosie-aquilainsp.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the previous memorized estimates aren't retrievable. You'll want to create a new recurring template again to have the estimates. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Click New to create a new template or select Edit under the ACTION Column to edit the template.
  4. Add additional details to the recurring estimate.
  5. Once done, hit Save template.
