Where can I view the reminder invoices I sent to a client?

Reminders for past due invoices are emailed out weekly. How do I prove this? Where is the record of this?

Hello, vkarnofski.

I'll show you how you can view the sent reminder invoices in QuickBooks.

You can use the Audit log to prove that the reminder email has been sent. Simply go to the Gear icon, then select Audit log.

Set the Date changed drop-down menu to when the reminders were emailed. Check the "Emailed" detail under EVENT.

Take note that the report will only show that the invoices were emailed. It won't specify details if it was a reminder email however.

Do you have any invoices that were left unpaid and you can't collect the payments anymore? You can write them off as bad debts. Check this article if you need a guide: Write off bad debt in QuickBooks Online.

I can certainly understand how an ability to view invoice reminder emails could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.

Here's how:

Use the Gear icon, then go to Feedback,
Enter your comments or product suggestions.
Select Next.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.

If you want to see which customers have been sent reminders, you can go to Sales, then All sales. QuickBooks adds a "(Reminded)" note to invoices in their Status column after sending a reminder.
