Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately, it appears that quickbooks did not save my estimate. I did hit the save button and couple times at the bottom of page. But it appears gone.
I need to be able to start a estimate and save it so it can be completed and processed in the future. Don't know if that is possible.
Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately, it appears that QuickBooks did not save my work. I did hit the save button twice, but no luck.
I need to start a estimate and save for future completion as information comes in and then send it. Don't know if that is possible.
Let me provide some information when saving an estimate, zambos-squared-o.
May I know if you're getting any errors? Normally, if you're quite sure enough that you've saved the estimate, it should appear in your transactions. But, if you're unsure about what information has been entered, you can check the Audit Log. This keeps a record of actions within QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause some unusual responses. To isolate this, try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in, double-check if you can already save an estimate created. If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. Oftentimes, your cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing them refreshes the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. If the issue persists, you can try using other supported browsers.
Also, you'll want to create recurring templates for your recurring transactions. This lets you save for future completion and send it to your customers. Learn from this article for your guide: Create Recurring Transactions In QuickBooks Online.
