While in Customer list and I click on a customer to open, how do I exit that customer and go back to customer list where I was alphabetically?

Trying to figure out out to toggle in/out of customer and stay where I am alphabetically and not start from beginning of customer list.

Hi there, elisa-insideplan.

I can share some information about handling customer lists in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can click on the Triple Bar icon (→≡) to show the customer list. This way, you won't need to start from the beginning when clicking the customer's profile.

I've added screenshots for your visual reference.

If this is not what you're referring to, can you provide us with a screenshot? We just want to make sure that we're giving the right steps and information to sort this out.
