Why am I receiving Norton charges

It is a fraudulent email. I receive them in my personal email accounts, more than my professional ones.  

If you call the number, thinking that you have actually been charged, they will ask for your credit card or account number.  That gives them access to make any charges they want on your card, and it is hard to prove it wasn't you.  

Just trash it and in NO way should you contact them.

As Just_me mentioned above, this seems to be a fraudulent email. That said, I recommend sending a copy of the email to our security center. This way, our security team can review the data and start an investigation. I've gone ahead and included the link to our security center below.
