Why am I unable to get a full detailed breakout of expenses in QB Self Employed?

Greetings, @bill64.

 

You can view your annual tax financial summary to view a detailed list of your expenses. I can guide you how to do it.

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Make sure to select the correct Tax Year.
  3. Choose the Annual tab.
  4. Expand each section for each expense category:
    • Schedule C Business Expenses 
    • Vehicle Expenses 
    • Home Expenses 
    • Healthcare Expenses 
    • Business Assets 
    • Tax Payment Summary 

You can also generate the Tax Details report or Tax summary report. These reports display your taxable business profit (income minus deductions) and totals for Schedule C and healthcare deductions.
