Why are all my invoices gone?

All my invoices are not showing up. Nothing has changed from when I last logged in except all my invoices in the invoice tap are not showing up.

Why are all my invoices gone?

I can share some information about those missing invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). 

 

There's an ongoing issue with missing invoices in QBSE. Our Product Engineering team is already aware of this and is now working on a fix. In the meantime, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team, so you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive an email notification once we resolve the issue. 

 

You can reach our Customer Support for QBSE by going to the Assistant menu at the top right of the account. Then, let them add you to Investigation No. 87908.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
  3. You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
