It's possible that you have created recurred invoices. The recurring invoice transactions may be damaged, so let’s try deleting and recreating them.
To delete:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
- Find the transaction or template you want to delete.
- Choose Delete on the drop-down arrow under the Action column.

To create:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Invoice.
- Fill out the form.
- Choose the types of payments that you accept under Online Payments.
- Select Make recurring.
Once done, you can also delete and recreate the invoices. Let me show you how to do it.
- Go to Sales from the left panel. Then the Invoices tab.
- Select the invoice and click it to expand the page.
- Choose More button at the bottom of the page.
- Hit the Delete or Void.
- Select Yes to confirm.
