Did anyone ever answer this? I am having the same issue. I cannot click the square of dots and drag the line item as I used to be able to do.

I see how important it is for you to be able to drag the line item on your invoices. With this, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to check if this issue is caused by browser cache. It can cause odd behavior if your browser is storing too much data as it will affect its performance.
You can use a private window or incognito mode to open your QuickBooks Online account. It won't use the data from the existing webpage cache. From there, let’s access the Vendors list.

Once done, try to create the expense again from a receipt. If this works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to refresh the system. You can also switch to other browsers to see if the problem is with the one you're currently using.
After that, you can create an invoice again. You’ll want to consider customizing it to add specific info or your personal touch to make it look more appealing.

I am having a related issue, I can drag the items, but when I print, the line items no longer reflect what item is first. Please let me know how I can do this!
