Sometimes, the cache stored in your browser can become outdated and corrupted, which causes issues like what you're experiencing now.
If you haven't tried opening your account in an incognito window or private browser, let's do that to rule out the possibility of any webpage issues. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored.

Then, go back to Transactions or Banking and select the Review tab. If using the private/incognito browser works for you, then I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Once done, please make sure to restart your browser.
If you're still getting the same result after the steps above, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and can work with our engineers to resolve the issue.

It's probably not you or your browser. If you are getting an "explore" panel on the right, it's what intuit considers to be a "feature" not a bug that you can't view your receipts. They don't care to fix it and you are just an unlucky user that they get to inflict their beta on.
