The training for all of our support representatives was of the same standard. You may rest assured that they are well-versed in dealing with product concerns.
I understand that you contacted them already. However, I'd still advise you to reach out to them again so that they can look into what happened to those calls. They can also review any ticket created to see if there's any update with the issues you have raised.
In addition, you'll want to leave a comment and let us know what your concern is all about so that we can assist you. We are available 24/7 and we'll respond as soon as we can.
I go through help and select the call back option. The phones rings once and then no matter how quick you answer they hang up, but if you call back you get to a tech support person. Usually after the folks from India waste your time and hang up on you a couple of times, you end up talking to an American (US, Canada) and they actually know the software.
