Why doesn't an overdue invoice show up on my accounts receivable report?

Hello, @sadieranae_davis.

It's a pleasure to see you here in the Community. I'm here to help make sure that the overdue invoice(s) will show on your Accounts Receivable (A/R) report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To isolate this, try to customize the Report period to your preferred date. Here's how:

1. Go to Reports menu at the left panel, then type Accounts Receivable.
2. Choose between Accounts Receivable aging detail and aging summary.
3. Enter your preferred date on the Report period, Days per aging period, and Number of periods.
4. Click Run report.

Once done, you should be able to to see all the overdue invoice(s). Just in case you need it, you can check out this article that tackles customizing reports in QBO: How to customize reports.

That's it! Please let me know how it goes or if you're referring to something else by leaving a comment below. I'm only a post away should you have any follow-up questions. Have a wonderful rest of the day.
