Why doesn't my Ship To address field print on the invoice? My field has a valid address. Sometimes it prints, sometimes it doesn't. Today it doesn't.

Happy to have you here in the Community, @ehak11. Let me help you with printing invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To add the Ship to field when printing an invoice, we can go to the custom form style in QBO and add this option to enable the field.

Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Custom form styles.
2. In the upper right corner, click New style and select Invoice.
3. Go to the Content tab, under Display, and tick the box for Shipping.
4. Select Done.

Once done, we can create or edit the previous invoices to apply the customized form style.

To do so, here’s how:

1. At the bottom part of the invoice page, select Customize.
2. Select the Customized form style to apply on your invoices.
3. Click Save.

If the issue persists on your end, you can also update your Acrobat and Reader. There could be new features in the new updates that are not available in the current version you have.

We have already created the shipping address field using customization.  I'm saying that the field doesn't always print.  Some days the shipping field prints out on paper in addition to the billing field.  Today, again, the shipping field is not printing to the hardcopy nor is it even visible in Preview mode.  

What/Where is the setting that allows the already-created, "Ship To Field" to print on the hardcopy?
