Hello,
We have already created the shipping address field using customization. I'm saying that the field doesn't always print. Some days the shipping field prints out on paper in addition to the billing field. Today, again, the shipping field is not printing to the hardcopy nor is it even visible in Preview mode.
What/Where is the setting that allows the already-created, "Ship To Field" to print on the hardcopy?
Thanks again! -Erik

I appreciate you providing a screenshot to better understand the issue, @ehak11.
To make sure that the Ship to field is showing when printing your invoice, let’s make sure that we apply the customized form when creating an invoice.
To do so, you can follow the steps that I provided above on how you can apply the customized form style.
You can always hit me up if you have further questions regarding the customization of your invoice. Stay safe!
