Hello, feinetune.
I recognize the importance of using the Tab key to move through the fields easily when creating an invoice. With that said, I'd like to take this opportunity to address the issue.
Upon checking our system, the investigation (INV-104271) associated with this issue has been resolved. Since you've encountered a similar problem, I recommend contacting our support team. This way, they can create a ticket to re-open the previous investigation.
Here's how:
To make sure you receive timely assistance from our support team, please take a moment to review their support hours.
In the meantime, I suggest manually clicking each correct line to add specific information when recording invoices.
I also encourage you to browse and bookmark this resource to help you personalize your sales forms to add the details that matter to your customers and business: Customize Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts in QBO.
Would you like some assistance in managing invoices and checks? Or do you need to work on your vendor transactions, reports, and other sales entries? Let me know, and I'll help you some more.
Same. Also in Journals.
Logged out, cleared cache, logged back in. But the ADVERTISEMENTS STILL WORK.
It is super cool that Intuit sacrifices basic functionality for their precious ads. It is also super awesome that Intuit charges a subscription for a system they ruin. Intuit is a joke.
Same, it started about a week ago and it is SO frustrating!!! I have many line items to enter into an invoice and last week it was working on QBO but not the QBO desktop app and now it doesn't work in either one...ugh!!!
Thanks for getting involved with this thread, tlm59.
I've reviewed our investigation about tab in journal entries, invoices, and bills moving cursors to the bottom of the screen, and can confirm it's been resolved by our Product Investigation team.
Since you're still encountering this issue, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team and referencing the investigation's case number (INV-104271). They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and look into reopening our investigation if necessary.
They can be reached while you're signed in.
Here's how:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
For the time being, as a workaround, you can manually click your correct line instead of using tab.
I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have an awesome Monday!
