You'll want to review the Default email message on your sales form delivery method on the mobile app to check if there's an extra text from there. Then, change it if needed. Here's how:
- Go to the Settings menu and select Sales Forms.
- Tap Default email message.
- Review the message and the subject. Then, change it if you see some extra text.
- Select Save.
Once done, you'll get rid of the extra text showing on your estimate and invoice email. Here's an article you can read for more details: Customize invoices on the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
