Why is my monthly subsciption fee not getting charged for April if my payment method is still active?

I got a notice that my service will be ending in seven days. When I check my subsciption payments, they are current through March. It looks like April was skipped and they are preparing to take the payment for May. In my actual account, there is no notification stating that my service will expire soon. It's just in the email notice I received.
