Why isn't the quantity show or print on the new invoices. It shows the correct total but I have to hand right the quantity after I print? Where is the old layout tab?

I think there's a way to add the quantity.  Did you ever get that done?

Thanks for informing us about your current situation, CWebster. We'll help you out so you can have your QTY number reflected when printing invoices inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you have a customized invoice template and it's your default template for your invoices, you'll want to edit it and uncheck and then check the QTY field in the Content section to refresh the option. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  3. Locate your default template for your invoices.
  4. In the Content section, scroll down to Quantity. Uncheck and then check the box beside it.
  5. Once done, click the Done button.

Once done, you can try to delete the invoice and then recreate it. Double check if a number shows up below your QTY section when printing the invoice.

If the issue persists, it may have something to do with your browser. Please be aware that browsers can accumulate temporary internet files that can sometimes affect your browsing experience.
