There are several reasons why your monthly charge increases. Either you may have availed the discounted monthly subscription or subscribed to payroll. You can check our products and pricing through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

 

You can also check your subscription rates and charges within your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Click Billing Subscription.
  3. Select View Payment History.

However, I'd also recommend contacting our Customer Care Team for further assistance. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and check this charge.

Your discounted price may be expired and you have to pay the regular price now. You need another effort to lower your cost. Consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with discounted price for up to 6 months.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it as required.
