The performance and loading issues are usually the result of too much historical data stored in your browser. We can perform basic troubleshooting to resolve it. First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
Once signed in, go to the Receipts tab in the Banking menu to review your receipts. If it works, go back to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies. This is to refresh the system and remove the older data which caused the issue.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend reviewing your receipts using other supported browsers.
