Will you help me close my account?

I'm here to provide steps in canceling your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

 

If you're using a free trial the subscription will cancel automatically at the end of the trial period. But if you'll want to cancel it now, here's how: 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a web browser.
  2. Go to the Gear icon in the right pane.
  3. Click Cancel Trial.

 

However, if you'll want to cancel a paid subscription, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Billing Info.
  3. Tap Cancel now in the Cancel section.
  4. Enter the cancellation reason or add any comments.
  5. Click Cancel subscription.
  6. Click Cancel subscription again to complete the request.

Ensure to download all transactions and reports before canceling in case you'll need it for future reference.
