You can make some customization on your reports, but you need to visit your employees' profiles to make some changes to your reports/forms. With Blue Ash tax, you can exclude the employees with zero (0) withholdings when preparing the form.
However, I still recommend checking with your state or the IRS for the best options and ways on how you can file or submit the details.
Here's how you can remove some employee names when preparing W2s:
- Create the form from the File Forms section.
- Set the year, then select All Employees.
- Hit OK, then Continue.
- Untick the box beside the employee's name if you wish to exclude them from the Form.
- Continue the onscreen pop-ups to complete the process.
