Hello,
What CRM do you use to keep track of your clients? And how do you like it?
I'm looking for the way to have all info about clients in convenient way and to get reminders about upcoming deadline. I do not need to increase my sales and keep records about phone calls.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts!
Hi @Irina!
Method is a great CRM. Here is a resource for some additional QuickBooks apps that may work for your business. @lynda Do you have experience with any of these CRMs? :smileyhappy:
I use 17 hats and love it. It is affordable (I paid $275/yr for it) and allows me to track leads for all of my businesses.
It is really professional in the presentation of quotes and contracts. It has a wonderful reminder system.
The price I paid was a "sale" and they have another one on the day after Thanksgiving (usually). My husband and I have 4 businesses between the two of us and that price includes a subscription for each one.
Additionally, we own real estate and I use it for new leases, questionnaires, welcome emails, etc.
I don't know how I lived without it.
Audrey, thanks a lot for your reply.
No, I'm trying to choose my first CRM :)
Lynda, wow, where do you get an energie for all your projects :)
I'll definetely try 17 hats. Thank you!
Check out SalesForce. It's one of the largest CRM, which means that it integrates with pretty much everything: Evernote, Expensify, Mailchimp, Zapier, IFTTT, etc.
Their basic version is not very expensive and it's one of the most secure platforms I know (which is extremely important to me when I'm storing my customer's information in the cloud. If you run a non-profit, it's even better, since SalesForce is free.
I've written a bunch of posts on my blog on how I use SalesForce in my business. If you want to read more, please go to my QBcommunity profile, click on the link to my website, go to my blog and on click on the post titled "Would you believe a Post-It note automates my Productivity?" in the Small Business Tips and Tricks section.
You need special contact managment software, look for https://voiptimecloud.com/online-contact-management-software with it you can store contacts in one place, track communication history, rate clients, analyze performance and other. Very powerful system.
For my clients, I set up CRMsin conjunction with sales funnels. Ontraport is my favorite but Agile is the most affordable and end-user friendly.
Hi Irina,
We have been using the free version of Hubspot's CRM. It is great just for tracking leads and customers. It is limited in some ways, but great for something that is free.
Thanks to everybody for the recommendation!
I've started with Sales Force, Sugar and Prosperworks.
But they all are focused more on attracting new clients, yet I'd like to take better care about my existing clients.
For now, I have trials with Method CRM and Result CRM.
Thanks again!
I'm so happy to we've been able to help @Irina! Let us know how your trials go and which one works better for your needs and why. Have a great weekend!
Hi Irina. I used to use Streak, which is a CRM for Gmail, but I found that it wasn't robust enough for my needs. I recently switched to HubSpot's CRM (it's free!), which has revolutionized my business! It has a suite of both marketing and sales tools. I highly recommend it, and HubSpot provides great support and a ton of resources, as well.
Hi Irina. Not sure if you have settled on a CRM yet, so I thought I would give you my 2 pence worth.
I use Teamwork. It's intended to be a project based tracker, but I treat each client as a project and the work I do for them as tasks. It stores client details, documents, tracking with milestones for eack task and more. There are some great integrations with it too. Another thing I love about it is the ability to grant a client access to their "project". This allows them to send requests for new tasks, get updates on current ones and to receive weekly or month status reports ... and all of the communications are tracked into their projet file too.
You get 2 free active projects (clients) for life, and the fees to increase this count are better than most other CRMs for the functionality you get.
If you have not already done so, I recommend at least checking it out.
I recommend to all my OwnersUP members to use streak.com
I wrote an article how to use it.
hi there:)
useful thread!
The law company I've been working at uses https://legallycrm.com/ crm software. It helps our team keep our customers’ needs and information well organized and accessible for us, allowing us to maintain the proper relationships.
I know this is an old thread, but I still wanted to give my experience. Pipedrive is a solid CRM with a tight integration with G Suite. I love being able to send a receive email through my CRM as well as see all task that are in my calendar. They also have a pretty good mobile app to keep updated on the go.
I presume 17 hats plays well with QB?
I noticed it supports QB Online. But for the rate of $45/month, you may compare to other options:
