Clean up a local park (or like, anywhere)

Wear a shirt with your business logo for a great conversation starter when people pass by.
Plants!
Plants not only brighten up any workspace but they’re great air purifiers! Get some easy pothos or snake plants and give your mood and office a little lift by adding some green around you. Even better, go to a local nursery when you shop. Take pictures of your purchase and tag them in it too. Small businesses taking care of small businesses is the way to go.
Friendly Competition
Get your employees involved in Earth Day and make it fun! See who can go plastic-free for lunch every day for a week. Or post a carpooling sign-up sheet and see who volunteers.
