Hi @Anonymous - you bring up a really good point about how vital it is to back up your data, no matter what programs or platforms you use. I use Google's Backup and Sync cloud storage feature for my personal Gmail.
Cloud hosting is a very hot topic for QuickBooks users as well, as you can imagine! Lots of discussion around that on our Do More With QuickBooks board.

Thanks for the tool recommendation. I personally clean out my email on a semi-annual basis and only keep what I see as truly valuable, which is typically around 500 messages. Then I save the ones I really want to my harddrive, and the rest live on.
