What is Business Intelligence and how does it work?
Hi @BobbySingler! From what I understand, the term "business intelligence" is used to denote the ways companies analyze their own operations data as a means of optimizing performance (at least I think I've got that right).
But I also love the idea of defining "intelligence" more broadly, as developmental psychologist Howard Gardener did when he identified 9 types of intelligence (linguistic, interpersonal, etc.). The idea is that there are lots of ways to be smart, and not all of them apply in academic settings.
What do you think? Of all of the ways a business can be smart, which would you excel at if you had to choose only one?
