2023 Corrected 1099-NEC to Vendor

I watched the video for Correcting 1099s provided by Intuit in QBO. I am confident the correction was submitted to IRS. I am not clear if the Correct 1099-NEC was emailed to the client. The video mentioned reprinting them but I cannot find the steps to reprint other than Draft copy on Red copy. The client is setup to have the 1099-NEC emailed to them. Vendor did receive the email copy of the original. Will the vendor also receive via email the 1099-NEC Corrected copy, or are there additional steps to take to re-print a normal looking black and white copy of the 1099-NEC?

I'll share some information about the 1099-NEC correction in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

After the forms are corrected, please know that we're unable to email or mail the copies to your contractors. Otherwise, you'll want to provide a copy to the contractor yourself once you've already received the notification that the correction is done.

Thank you, I was not 100% sure on the mail or email. Also, in 2023 Tax Year, I am also assuming if the Corrected will not process again, that is the fact that it has been accepted by the IRS.
