Hello there, @theworthybaker.

I understand how important it is for you to confirm your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage your business effectively.

A cache-related issue is likely causing you the inability to confirm the transactions even though you already included the sales tax. If this is the case, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. You can use a private or incognito window to rule out cache problems in your browser. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Next, go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and try to save or confirm the transactions again. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, you can use other installed supported browsers as another option.

I'll also add this article to guide you receive and recording invoice payments: Record invoice payments.

Let me know if you have other questions about transactions or sales tax. I'll be around to provide further assistance to you.
