CANNOT INCREASE STATE UNEMPLOYMENT TAX RATES TO ASSIGNED LEVEL

Thank you for letting me know that you can’t enter your SUI rate because it’s beyond the limit. Let me route you to a team who can help you out.

We’ll need help from the QBO Payroll Support team to change your SUI rate in. Please contact them during their business hours, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, Monday through Friday.

1. Go to Help and choose the Search bar.
2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter a summary of your concern: Cannot put a higher rate for Ohio SUI.
4. Select Continue.
5. Choose between Chat or Callback.
