Hello there, @jbischoff1214.
I understand how important it is to know the status of the submitted files.
As per checking, there are no open cases or problems regarding the status submitted to our payroll team. However, we prepare the paperwork and send them by batch to the IRS after it says "Submitted to Intuit." Before the due date, forms and payments should be accepted.
I'm also adding this article: Check e-file and e-pay status. It includes information on how to check the progress of your electronic filing and payments.
I suggest to get in touch with our QuickBooks Payroll Team to confirm the status. They'll access your account and give you an update.
Leave a comment below if you have any other payroll-related concerns. I'm always here to help. have a great day.
Still sitting at "Submitted to Intuit" here. I submitted my 941 right on 1/1/23, which is literally the first day you can send it, so you would think I would have been at the front of the line?
I just spoke with the QB payroll help again, and was told the returns were already agency accepted, but status just not updated on my end due to "high volume". I asked for an agency tracking number and none was available, which makes me very skeptical this is accurate information.
I submitted the 941 on the 5th of Jan and the 940 on the 10th of Jan. The 940 was accepted last evening but the 941 is still Submitted to intuit. At least one of them has been sent on.....
