How do I create in sub-total area "Shipping Charges" like Sales Tax?

Let's turn on the Shipping feature to add this field like Sales Tax, Scott.

QuickBooks Online allows users to add a shipping field to their sales forms. Here's how you can utilize this:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  2. Choose Sales.
  3. On the Sales form content section, enable the Shipping button.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

Once done, add the Shipping fee field to your sales transactions (I'll use an invoice as a sample for the steps below):

  1. Open the transaction for which you'd like to add the shipping fee.
  2. On the Invoice page, click Manage, then Payment options.
  3. Scroll down to More options and turn on the Shipping fee button.

To ensure the shipping details are added accurately to your customer profile, you can browse this article for the detailed steps: Add a customer’s shipping address to invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've added this resource to help you personalize your sales forms to determine what info your customers see and only add the details that matter most to your business: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.

You can always get back on this thread if you have further questions about adding shipping, creating sales and vendor transactions, and ensuring you receive the payment or pay on time. I'll be around to help you.
