You can deactivate any vehicle that you're not using so it'll no longer appear in your list of active vehicles, teru24. I can guide you through this process.
Before we start, there are a few important points to note:
- You can't mark your vehicle as inactive if it's set as the primary. You need to assign a different vehicle as the primary vehicle first.
- Your existing trips stay linked to your old vehicle even after you make it inactive.
- You can still export trips for inactive vehicles when needed.
To make your vehicle inactive, follow these steps:
On a web browser:
- In the left menu, select Expenses.
- Choose Mileage.
- Click the dropdown menu next to Add trip and select Manage vehicles.
- Locate and click the vehicle you want to make inactive.
- Select Vehicle no longer in use. This will move your vehicle to the Inactive section of the Manage vehicles pane
On an Android or iOS mobile device
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap Mileage.
- Tap Auto-tracking.
- In the Manage section, tap Vehicles.
- Tap the vehicle you want to make inactive.
- Tap I no longer use this vehicle.
- Review the prompt, then tap Confirm. This moves your vehicle to the No longer in use section of your Vehicles page.
