I have 3 Buisness using Quickbooks Desktop Pro and Tried to start taxes in TurboTax Buisness 2023 and it won’t import or find the QBD 2021 files what do I do?

They can guide you through the steps to settle this concern since they have the right tools and expertise to help you determine why this concern has occurred. To contact them, you can do this: 

1. Sign in to your Turbotax account. 
2. Type Contact us in the Search bar. 
3. Choose the Contact Us button from the results. 
4. Click the pencil icon to enter your question and select Let's talk. 
5. You can choose between the following: 

• Posting your question to our community of experts (Post a question)
• Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert or CPA (Get a call)
  • Free Edition (without PLUS): This is not covered, so when you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

Try to use the trial version of QB Desktop 2023 or 2024 to upgrade your file and export it to Turbo Tax.
