I have updated payroll so I know everything is current. My ID UI wage base is incorrect and I can't adjust it. I don't have to really worry about it for a few months but I figured that it would have been updated in QB by now. Is it going to happen soon?

It is now January 17th, and the wage base for Idaho has not been corrected to the 2024 $53,500 wage base.

While you can't personally modify wage base limits, you do need to update them every year if you use QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). To update the wage base limit download the latest payroll updates.
Since on your end, it hasn't been corrected, I recommend QBDT Payroll support check your account and review why your wage base remains incorrect. Here's how:

I have also noticed the incorrect Idaho UI Taxable Wage base amount, and have been checking daily for a QB update to correct this amount, but as of today, they have not addressed this issue.
It is still showing the incorrect wage base for Idaho Unemployment.
When will this be fixed? We've updated our payroll tax tables as of today and it's still incorrect.

The wage base limit in QuickBooks Online gets updated by the tax table. For now, we're currently working on payroll compliance, and we don't have a release date for the update yet. In the meantime, you can run your payroll as usual, and once the update is out, QuickBooks Online will automatically adjust your next payroll.
