Payroll taxes

I have been trying to set up my payroll to be able to do direct deposits and more importantly to pay and file taxes. I have spent hours with QB Support, no one has been able to help. 

I hit payroll, overview and it goes to "Lets set up your taxes" press the start button and it says "Something is not quite right, please try again later". It has been two weeks of trying it again later.

I have also gone to my "to do list" under pay taxes, press that button and it says "We need more info to pay and file you taxes, You'll have to manually file and pay your taxes until you provide all the necessary info". Then there is a button that says "Finish up". When I press that it says "E-signature needed" and a button to add bank info. When that button is pressed it says "Something's not quite right"

I have tried Chrome and Firefox, cleared cache, went into incognito mode and also uninstall payroll. Nothing works. I have spent I don't know how long on chats and it has been and hour every time I call and the person usually has to go to their tech team and they are unable to nothing except open an investigation. Any suggestions?

To reach a live representative, here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
  3. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
  4. Type in your concern, and click Continue.
  5. Under Callback, click Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.
  6. After that, select Get a call.
  7. You will now be added to the queue and wait for us to call you.

 

After sorting this out, you can then run payroll reports to get an overview of your business finances.

Payroll taxes

Thank you for your response. I keep waiting for the email response but I have not received one. I was hoping someone else in the community might have had this same issue with a solution. It is hard to call everyday and be on the phone for an hour running the same tests. This has been going on for two weeks.  My Taxes are past due now because I can not add my bank account.
