Memorial Day Sale 90% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months.* Limited time only
Buy now & saveWhen QuickBooks changed the timing of payroll taxes in October, they took my taxes on the day I ran payroll, the 7th and again on the 15th when it used to come out. The funds were removed from my bank account, but QuickBooks only shows one payment to the IRS so they are not acknowledging the duplicate payment. Has this happened to anyone else and how do you resolve it. I spend over 6 hours and three phone calls to QuickBooks and each time I'm told they need to research and get back to me. No response.
@kimlerm Sure, this has been happening frequently since the implementation of their oh-so-lovely early withdrawal system.
I think I saw another thread like yours earlier today, in fact.
I expect the only practical resolution here will be to speak with your wallet and your footsteps.
