I think you should work for Intuit QB, your post was FAR MORE HELPFUL than my two hour excursion on Friday with one rep who chose to sit silently on the other end of the phone refusing to give any tips how to change the vendors from 1099 MISC to NEC. We have always filed our vendors as NEC since the new forms. The only change we made in the last year was to go from Desktop Pro to Enterprise Solutions Desktop 22(DON’T DO IT! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!) The second rep was on her first day of employment and opened a ticket for me, but never got back to me.
