Does anyone ever come across "Sorry, an error occurred" in the Sales Tax Owed Portion of the Sales Tax Center in the QBO version? There is also no Agency Name listed.

1. Navigate to the Sales Tax Center.
2. If you are met with a page to Use Automatic Sales Tax, please follow the prompts.
3. If you aren't met with a page to Use Automatic Sales tax, please copy and paste this URL into your browser: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/tax/set-up-tax.
4. Follow all the prompts on your screen to complete the switch to Automatic Sales Tax.
