Great news ! Finally, just got first one accepted.
I opened a ticket on this the first business day in January 2023. My issue is the credit reduction liability is NOT showing up in quickbooks desktop for all my CA clients. The 940 is correct but says we owe. Intuit said not to create the liability because they were waiting on the fix from the IRS. That is a joke! Intuit has gone downhill every year in service and functionality while increasing the cost for the product line across the board. Their so called experts on here have no clue what they are talking about 99% of the time. They don't do what we do. I have updated everyday and still no liability is showing up for 2022 FUTA. I've been using quickbooks since 2001 so I know of what I speak. I know this program inside and out. The online version is remedial and a waste of time. Business owners are not financial savvy and should not be doing their own bookkeeping but Intuit seems to think that they should let their product functionality (desktop version) dwindle while they try and double their rev's with their ridiculous online version of crap. Hey Intuit work the darn problem and fix this! PS whenever they say they are escalating it's just a way to get off the call or out of the thread. Oldest trick in their arsenal
I had this same problem and in 1/18 I was able to resubmit the 940 and I received the email from Intuit that the IRS-940-Filing was accepted. However in my e-file history on QBDT there is no record of this 2nd submission
It's nice to see you joining this thread, @Maria2513. I'm here to point you in the right direction of support to sort this out.
Since you're unable to see the submitted 940 on the filing history in QuickBooks Desktop, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Support Team. This way, they'll be able to look further into your account in a safe environment to investigate this matter further and provide a possible fix.
Here's how:
When contacting support, you can check our available hours to make sure your concern will be handled promptly.

As look as you have an acceptance email, you will be fine.
