How do I adjust preferences in QB Online? How do I turn off notifications I have seen already from Intuit about using the program? How are sales notice turned off?

Turning off notifications for sales notices isn't possible in QuickBooks Online, Minty Girl.

The tiles that populate when you use QBO are helpful guides when using the program. Currently, there isn't an option in QBO where you can adjust preferences. I can see the importance of having the ability to turn off these notices. You can send a product request to our engineering team so they can consider having this functionality in the upcoming updates. Here's how to send one:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments, then hit Next to submit your feedback.

SheandL, Thank you.  Perhaps an option can be added that can be checked that says "Do not show me this message again" with respect to the tiles that populate.  If they were new helpful tips, great. But they aren't. It's the same tour as if I was using QB online for the first time.  Thank you.
