I am self employed running a very small gross sales number. I am trying to find out why I am paying 60 per month for this platform when it advertises MUCH lower rates

There are advertised options as low a2 10-20 per month for the low level of services I need. I'd love a way to compare options and pricing

I appreciate you using QuickBooks Online as part of your business, @pachecocustomtil. Let me explain how billing works.

In QBO, our pricing is always subject to change depending on the current updates of the product. Thus, you'll want to visit this link for our pricing page to see the latest information and determine why you're charged more than its advertised rate: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ph/pricing/

Otherwise, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Sales team so sales agents can further assist you and provide more details on why you encountered the issue.

You can find their contact details by clicking the Speak to an Expert in the upper-right corner of the plans and pricing page or on the QuickBooks Community screen.

I'm always ready to assist you with any other questions or concerns about managing your billing and subscription in QBO. Keep safe always.
