I'm here to shed some light on obtaining the updated 941 forms in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
We are currently investigating an issue (INV-103119) related to the filing of year in the form IL-941. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it with high priority. However, we cannot provide an exact time frame for the resolution at the moment. Please be assured that our team is doing everything possible to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Moreover, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved.
- Go to Help.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Select Contact Us.
- Type your issue in the space provided, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account.
- Select Continue and then Continue with my account. If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
