Hello,
Is this a place where I can ask about the Intuit Tax Academy? If not, can you tell me where I can receive support? When I logged into my Tax Level 1 course today my progress is now 14%, instead of 50%, where I was when I logged on yesterday?

For your questions about the progress of your tax-level course, you can email them by going to the Intuit Academy FAQ page. Just scroll to the page's bottom and click the How can I contact Intuit Academy section. There, you will find an option to view their email address. You can use this email address to reach out to their team and get the information you need.
While you are on the Intuit Academy website, you may also want to check out the Overview and Programs section. This section gives an overview of the courses and programs at the Intuit Academy.

I have the exact same issue. I emailed my recruiter just now with the following:
“Can you please check my account for tax lev 1, the main page says 57% complete which is accurate; however, after clicking on continue course my progress shows only 14% not sure what’s causing this please help?“

I have not heard from intuit support yet besides a general email that said they were very busy right now that there are others with this problem. It suggested that I just contniue the course as is at 14% completion. I hate to have to go back.
