Join nowFor the last two quarters (since being mandated to be on QBO rather than desktop), I have been getting a notice that the IRS didn't accept the QB filling of quarterly payroll tax. The liability report shows everything is paid, it's just the 941 is bouncing. I can't remember exactly what I did last quarter but someone actually sent me the actual 941 form to manually send to the IRS via mail (maybe my accountant). The forms archive does not display any 941 forms.
Prior to matriculating to QBO, there was no problems at all with this and I could access my federal forms for annual insurance audit easily.
I need help resolving this issue.

Hi Heartd0c,
I'm here to explain to you the reason you got a notice from the IRS regarding the submission of your Payroll Tax 941.
If you received a notification from the IRS or state agency stating that your e-filed tax form or e-payment was rejected, there's no need to worry. We will assist you in comprehending the reasons and what steps you need to take to rectify and resend it.
Here are the possibilities as to why it was rejected:
With that, I suggest contacting our phone support so they can help you through the process of fixing the issue. You can get in touch with the team by clicking the ? Help icon.

You can always post in the forum whenever you have tax concerns.
I’ve got to try and find time to do this. The earliest I can try is this Friday.
I received a notice from the IRS that they received an amended 941 for Q2, but they need more information and need me to fill out a Form 941X. In order to do that, I need access to the actual Q2 941 form. Apparently ‘bounced’ forms are not archived and nothing shows in my archive area except state forms. I think I need to try call for support
And so it goes …
