Payroll Taxes Not received by State

I have called 10 times! I have sent emails. I have requested to speak to a manger. I have received no follow through and no follow up. I used the QuickBooks Payroll feature (which I pay for) to file and pay my taxes and they were not paid.

Does anyone care??? 

I have called 10 times.  I called today. I started calling the day after it happened. October 31st. That is 2 month ago now. I am out over $2100 dollars and my taxes are unpaid!!! All because I used the feature I pay for. I have received no follow up or help whatsoever. Every time I call I am on the phone for HOURS...telling the same story again and again.

This is why I am here posting on the blog.

Maybe someone will care and help me ;(
